SCHEDULE CHANGES: GOURMET TRAVELER reserves the right to alter tour schedules as
necessary.
PAYMENT POLICY: $500
deposit to hold your place. Balance due 90 days before trip.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Tours with low enrollment are
subject to cancellation. Registrants will receive 30 days notice and
full refund or the option to transfer to another tour.
REFUND POLICY: Full refund
(minus $100 processing fee and any deposits expended on client's behalf)) for cancellation up to
90 days prior to
program start. No refund within 90 days of program start.
CUSTOM TOURS:
Custom group tours for 2-12 persons
available by special arrangement.
Individual itinerary planning services
available for those unable to travel on scheduled tours.
